Faculty Development Program: Microteaching & Assessment Skills Workshop

The Medical Education Department, LMC, successfully organized a two-day Faculty Development Program for our medical and nursing faculty members. Through interactive sessions and hands-on activities, participants enhanced their skills in microteaching, effective feedback, and assessment techniques, thereby strengthening our shared commitment to excel in health professions education.
